STUDIO HW: For this weeks assignment i teamed up with Isabel, and as our topic/subject we picked the WEEVA. I did some basic history research first as shown in the text.
As for the objective spread i kept the design pretty simple and readable, not too complicated. For the subjective one i decided to be more loose with the design and experiment more while still relaying some more basic history of the WEEVA.
Researching 5 designers i liked. I mainly tried to focus on more “underrated” designers and ones style i liked.
Lab : We did a zine out of spare paper/newspaper, all in black and white.
Photography assignment : 10 pictures inspired by one of our chosen cut outs.
I tried to play around mainly with the exposure and overlaying various photos i took. I thought to combine some photos i took here and overlay them with some pictures i have from my home town/other nature pics i had saved in my phone, i wanted to give it almost kind of a nostalgic feeling.
