Theory Week 5
Every student was assigned to create one page for a canon with a designer they had found, preferably one more unknown or from their own country, to make the canon very diverse. I chose South African flag designer, Frederick Bromwell.
Theory Week 6
This week we started working on the context essay for the image that we had chosen. I had selected the “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster and created a collage of all the different parodies I could find, and organised them into categories.
